Subscription Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all Pantheon Macroeconomics' research publications.  We do not negotiate individual contracts with our subscribers. 

Copyright and distribution

All our publications are copyright Pantheon Macroeconomics. Access to the research is available to staff of the subscribing business unit via submission of the participating email addresses to Pantheon Macroeconomics. Access is available also via the Pantheon Macroeconomics App. Each participating staff member must have a unique business email login and associated password in order to access the App. Login credentials may not be shared. Distribution by mail, fax, email, internet or other means to other business units or other individuals is forbidden.

Subscription period

All subscriptions to our periodicals are for one calendar year, unless otherwise agreed.  We deliver service for at least 47 weeks per year.

Payment

Subscription fees are due on presentation of our invoice. Payment is to be made in the currency of the invoice by electronic transfer to our bank, in accordance with the instructions as stated on the invoice. Our fees are non-refundable.

Subscription Commencement and Renewals

We establish and renew subscriptions only upon explicit verbal or written instructions from customers.

Liability

Neither we nor any third parties providing data used in our publications provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered in our publications for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
