  • Inflation in Colombia continued to edge higher in January, but pipeline pressures are stabilising, just.
  • We expect inflation to peak in February, but high indexation and inertia will keep it elevated in H1.
  • BanRep likely will hike rates in March and then move to the sidelines in Q2, if policy orthodoxy prevails.
