The seasonally-adjusted current account surplus dropped to €21.0B, from a revised €29.5B in June, hit by an increase in the current transfers deficit, and a falling trade surplus.  The recent increase in the transfers deficit partly is due to the migrant deal with Turkey, and we expect it to remain elevated.
