Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all subscriptions to Pantheon Macroeconomics publications.

Subscription coverage

All Pantheon subscriptions are for a multi-user license within the named team/department at the specific geographic location stated above. There are no additional charges for new users who join an existing team subscription.

Copyright

All our publications are copyright Pantheon Macroeconomics.

Access to the research is available to staff of the subscribing business unit via submission of the participating email addresses to Pantheon Macroeconomics and within the subscriber section of the Pantheon website.

Each participating staff member must have a unique business email login and associated password in order to access the website archives. Login credentials may not be shared. Distribution by mail, fax, email, internet, or other means, to other business units, or other individuals is forbidden.

Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, reselling, or modification of the research is strictly prohibited.

Subscription period

All subscriptions to our periodicals are for one calendar year, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. We deliver service for at least 47 weeks per year.

Subscription Term

Our subscriptions are for the period stated above and are non-cancellable and non-refundable, in whole or in part, from either the date of this Order Confirmation or the subscription start date specified above, whichever comes first.

Subscription Commencement and Renewals

We establish and renew subscriptions to our periodicals only upon explicit verbal or written instructions from customers.

Payment terms

Invoices are due for payment on presentation.

Payment is to be made in the currency stated on the face of the invoice, via electronic transfer to our bank. Bank details are on the face of the invoice. Our fees are non-refundable.

Liability

Neither we nor any third parties providing data used in our publications provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered in our publications for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is made under the laws applicable in England and Wales.

Complimentary trials

Pantheon Macroeconomics sells annual subscriptions to its reports. In order to facilitate the sales process, Pantheon Macroeconomics makes a selection of its publications available on a complimentary basis to prospective clients for their review prior to the decision to purchase.

Trials are generally limited to one month to allow prospective clients to ascertain whether the publications meet the needs of the firm and whether funds are available for subscription fees. Trials can be cancelled at any time by any party and there is no obligation to purchase when the trial expires.

For the avoidance of doubt, Pantheon’s full subscription terms and conditions above also apply to complimentary trials. By accepting a complimentary trial, you signify your agreement to our subscription terms and conditions as set out above.
