  • The BoK kept its policy rate on hold at its February meeting yesterday, with growth and inflation cooling.
  • Governor Rhee indicated the Bank is prepared to raise rates further, if needed.
  • We still think the prospect of a BoK rate hike is off the cards for H1, and unlikely for H2.
